My second vacation at Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda

At the end of October 2014, I decided to head back to Riviera Maya but this time it was with my best friend and his girlfriend. We managed to get a crazy deal for the BlueBay Grand Esmeralda with Air Canada for 8 nights.....for less than $700 in double occupation.

Same hotel, same great food, a whole 9 days of amazing weather.....but still the beach that is not great at all, and the fact of that there's no lobby bar.......that makes the evenings a little ''different'' from other resorts in Mexico!

My first trip to the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda

In September 2013, I decided that I needed another great vacation in the Cancun / Riviera Maya area, and chose the BlueBay Grand Esmeralda since I was traveling alone for a very first time, and there was no extras for a solo traveler.

My last time was at the Gran Bahia Principe Coba in Akumal in June, and couldn't wait to get some more good Mexican sun, great food and drinks!

After being stranded at the Montreal Trudeau Airport for 21 hours due to a repair needed on the Canjet plane, I was en route for a sunny vacation at the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda!
